Delivery times may vary depending on your location. The following time frames are only a guide.

EUROPE: 1-3 Working Days

United Kingdom: 3-5 Working Days

North America: 5-10 Working Days

CUSTOMS

For orders outside of the EU, shipments may incur customs duties and fees. The amount will be determined by the country you are in. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for these charges. We are not responsible for customs delays.

 

DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch all paid orders within 1-3 working days, subject to product availability. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your order within the specified time frame and we have not alerted you regarding delays, please contact us.

 

PRODUCTION

Each step of production is handcrafted in our home lab, from formulating and labelling to packaging and shipping. We try and get every order out as quickly as possible, which means once it has been placed and processed, no changes can be made to your order.
