IS MULA SA LUPA RIGHT FOR ME?

Our skincare range is plant-based and does not use any synthetic irritants or artificial fragrances. Every ingredient serves a purpose so we know that using our products will have a positive and lasting impact on your skin. We package our products in sustainable glass containers and ship them out using biodegradable and recyclable materials. If you’re trying natural skincare for the first time, you will make a difference to not only the health of your skin, but also the health of our planet. 

 

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR INGREDIENTS FROM?

Our ingredients are sourced from trusted UK, EU, and US suppliers who work with farmers and producers all over the world – such as in Asia, South America, and Europe. We’ve taken the time to study each ingredient to ensure they are 100% natural/vegan or certified organic, and are never tested on animals. Our formulations have also been lab tested and approved for safety and efficacy. We’ve done the research for you, so you can rest assured you are only buying products that will be gentle on your skin.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PRODUCTS ARE BEST FOR MY SKIN TYPE?

All of our products are designed to work on all skin types – from oily and normal to dry and combination. We’ve formulated them so that our ingredients feed your skin the nutrients it needs. Our skincare products are multi-purpose, meaning they can safely be used on any part of the body. If there is a particular skin condition you need to treat (such as acne, eczema, and psoriasis), don’t hesitate to drop us a message and we’ll advise you on the best products to suit your skin concerns.

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE WHEN PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?

Yes, our products do not contain any harmful toxins that could be deemed unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding women. However, if you are unsure, please consult a health professional before use.

 

CAN I TRY YOUR PRODUCTS FOR FREE BEFORE PURCHASE?

Unfortunately we don’t provide free samples to try before purchase, but we do offer smaller sizes of each product in our Mini Taster Set if you would like to sample our entire skincare range before committing to the full size. Occasionally we may include a sample in your order during special promotions..

 

WHEN WILL YOU RE-STOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

Since we are a small-batch company, we produce products in limited quantities to maintain the freshness and quality of our ingredients. If an item becomes unavailable, we will do our best to replenish it as soon as possible and notify you when they have been restocked.

 

CAN I SELL YOUR PRODUCTS IN MY SHOP?

If you’re interested in stocking our products in your shop (either brick-and-mortar or e-commerce), please drop us an email to enquire about becoming a wholesale partner.

 

WHAT ADDRESS CAN I USE TO MAKE RETURNS?

For any returns, please get in touch with us and we will give you a mailing address.

 

CAN I RETURN THE GLASS CONTAINERS AFTER FINISHING MY PRODUCTS?

As a recycling incentive, once you finish our products and you do not wish to reuse or are unable to recycle your glass jars or bottles, send it back to us for a discount code on your next purchase! We reuse and repackage your glass containers after they go through a sterilisation process. Please get in touch if you would like to return your empties.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We use Stripe to process your payments. Stripe accepts the following cards: VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
