POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we have a 7-day return policy. After 7 days from receiving your purchase, we unfortunately can’t accept your return. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused in its original condition and packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation. You are responsible for paying your own return costs. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or refusal of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. The shipping costs of orders are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

 

REPLACEMENTS

If your item arrives damaged or is not the correct order, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and swiftly resolve it. To qualify for a replacement, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
